The very talented Kayla Sloan is joining us at the studio!

November 3rd @ 7p, Kayla will start teaching classes in West Coast Swing for beginners!  We are very excited to have her join the other wonderful instructors at the studio!  She is helping create a well-rounded team!

Senior Fitness Classes

We accept Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and One Pass @ the studio!  
No insurance? No problem!  Our classes are $5 for a drop in or inquire about our monthly passes!
